2. Eligibility

• You must provide accurate information during account registration.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts may result in permanent ban.

3. Account and Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.

4. Games and Fair Play

• All games must be played fairly. Cheating, hacking, or using bots is strictly prohibited.
• Exploiting bugs or glitches for unfair advantage will result in account suspension.
• Game outcomes are determined by fair algorithms. Multiplayer matches require a stable internet connection.
• We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove any game at any time.

5. Coins and Rewards

• Coins are earned through gameplay, referrals, and promotions.
• Coins have no real-world monetary value unless redeemed through the official wallet system.
• Minimum redemption thresholds apply. See the Wallet section for current limits.
• We reserve the right to adjust coin values, rewards, and redemption policies at any time.
• Fraudulent coin earning (through fake referrals, bots, or exploits) will result in permanent ban and coin forfeiture.

6. Referral Program

• You can earn coins by inviting friends using your unique referral code.
• Self-referrals or fake referrals are strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use offensive or inappropriate usernames or profile pictures.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other players.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app.
• Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

8. Advertisements

MintCash may display ads from third-party ad networks. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. You can manage your ad preferences in the Profile settings (where applicable).

9. Intellectual Property

All content in MintCash — including games, graphics, logos, icons, and text — is the property of MintCash and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

• MintCash is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any loss of data, coins, or game progress due to technical issues.
• We are not responsible for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.

11. Account Deletion

You can delete your account anytime from the Profile settings. Upon deletion:

• All your game data, coins, and progress will be permanently removed.
• Any pending redemption requests will be cancelled.
• This action is irreversible.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Your City], India.
